Have you ever seen this extraordinary dog? His adoption ad made me all teary eyed! He's such a strong willed guy. He's pretty amazing if you ask me! I love how active he is, how smart, obedient and playful he can be despite his disability. He's certainly not letting his lack of hind legs get him down and to be honest, I think some of us can learn a thing or two from Popeye :)
